It’s best to set a regular cleanse day either once a week or month to maintain optimum performance and health.
Once again, just listen to your body. Some prefer to spend their time resting, relaxing and meditating, while others prefer doing yoga, walking and light exercise. Note that your body and all the cells within are getting fed a high dose of natural vitamins, minerals and live enzymes.
